Tru Western Giveaway Contest

1. Eligibility

The giveaway contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Tru Western, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and households are not eligible to participate. The Contest isvoid where prohibited by law.

2. How To Enter

To enter, participants must submit their information on the entry page at truwestern.com during the Contest Period. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on June 2nd, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on June 10,2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the "Contest Period"). Only entries submitted during the Contest Period will be considered. Tru Western's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Contest.

4. Prize

The winner will receive the following prize package (the "Prize"): 

• One (1) Martin guitar signed by The Castellows 
  
• One (1) bottle of Rodeo Soul Harmony perfume 
  

Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize: $1,100. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Tru Western's sole discretion. Tru Western reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a product or service of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. The Prize is awarded "AS IS" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.

5. Tax Responsibility

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Winner maybe required to provide Tru Western with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes. If the ARV of the Prize is $600 or more, Tru Western will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) days after the Contest Period ends. The winner will be notified by email at the email address provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the winner will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Up to two (2) alternate winners may be selected, after which the Prize may remain unawarded.

7. Publicity Rights

By participating in the Contest and accepting the Prize, winner grants Tru Western and its designees the right to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

8. Privacy and Data Use

By entering the Contest, you consent to Tru Western's collection and use of your personal information, including your email address, for purposes of administering the Contest and for marketing communications. Tru Western will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email. For more information, please review Tru Western's Privacy Policy at truwestern.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tru Western is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries; (b) errors or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing, or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Contest; (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (d) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons or property resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Tru Western, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any Prize won.

10. Modification and Termination Rights

Tru Western reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest (or any portion thereof) at any time if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Tru Western's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Tru Western also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, or to be acting in violation of these Official Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. General Conditions

All entries become the property of Tru Western and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Tru Western's decisions regarding the Contest are final and binding in all respects.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to Tru Western, not to any social media platform.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Official Terms and Conditions and the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Contest or these Official Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in New Yorkin accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on all parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with the arbitration.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Tru Western Giveaway Winner, 7725 S Quincy St, Willowbrook, IL 60527, within sixty (60) days after the Contest Period ends.
