Terms and Conditions for Tru Western’s Giveaway Contest as of Nov. 10^th, 2024

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for entry, participants must reside in the United States of America, be 18 years of age or older and must not be an employee (nor member of their immediate family or household) or affiliate of Tru Western.
2. Entry: To enter, participants must submit their information on the truwestern.com site on the entry page. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified.
3. Duration: The giveaway contest starts on November 10th and ends on December at 10pm CST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
4. Prize: The winner will receive 2 Burns cowboy hats (*excluding custom hats, and value of no larger than $1000/hat), one Yellowstone Dusk perfume, and one Yellowstone Ride Reserve cologne. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Tru Western reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days after the deadline. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.
6. Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow Tru Western to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
7. Liability: Tru Western is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Tru Western and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
8. Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of New York.
9. Dispute Resolution: Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of an arbitration service of Tru Western’s choosing. The arbitration will occur in a location of Tru Western and the arbitration service’s choosing, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
10. Modification: Tru Western reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Tru Western also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
