I ordered a bottle of the Lace Noir..it's by far my favorite perfume! This was the first time I have ordered from Tru Western. When I received my item, the bottle was cracked from shipping and half of the perfume leaked out into the package. I am beyond thrilled that Tru Western has such great customer service. I emailed them the situation with pictures and they responded quickly and said they were sending a new bottle. They provided me with tracking once it shipped out and I received it super quick! Hands down an amazing company and I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
