Field of Dreams
“If you build it, they will come”, is one of the most famous movie lines of all time. A line that held true on August 12th when the MLB held a real game in Dyersville, Iowa on the actual field of dreams.
The New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox made their movie-like entrance, with a gallant walk on the field. The crowd was in awe and shouted with applause at the cornfield entrance. The players delivered an amazing game with a walk-off home run, and that’s what we would call a dream come tru.
