Post Goes Country
Post Malone is for sure “Better Now”, but from our POV he is at his best when he is mixing in his good old Texas roots.
Well leave it to the more than “alright” Matthew McConaughey to bring out the Texas best in Posty.
This past week McConaughey hosted the “We’re Texas” Concert to raise funds, awareness, and spirits for Texas in response to the brutal storm of this past winter.
As part of the show, Post Malone did his own renditions of Brad Paisley’s, “Gonna Miss Her,” and Sturgill Simpson’s, “You Can Have the Crown,” with both a cigarette in hand and stack of Bud Light nearby.
I have always wanted to go to a Post Malone concert, and luckily now I can enjoy the next best thing, as the tracks are still live and accepting donations for a limited time.
